I just replaced the bulb. For the first few hours the liquid was active and moved normally.
After that, it slowed and separated into more individual balls. I read that this was the result of the lamp getting too hot.
I tried to show a few different pics of it on to show how the liquid changed
I don’t think anything is wrong with it, just may be matter of getting right bulb
