Your Mar y Oro Beach Day
Your Contadora Island day trip begins at Flamenco Marina on the Amador Causeway. Board the passenger ferry and leave the city skyline behind as you travel across the Pacific toward the Pearl Islands.
Along the way, look for ships waiting to enter the Panama Canal and enjoy the open-water scenery. Dolphins and seasonal whales may occasionally be spotted, but wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and this package does not include a dedicated whale-watching excursion.
On arrival at Contadora, the included shuttle takes you from the ferry dock to Mar y Oro Hotel on Playa Cacique. Settle into your beach chair, relax beneath an umbrella and spend the day enjoying the sand and ocean.
Lunch and two drinks are included in your day pass. Bathroom facilities, showers and changing rooms make it easy to freshen up before the return journey.
This is a beach day with time to enjoy the island independently. You can spend your visit relaxing at Mar y Oro or use some of your free time to explore Contadora before returning for the ferry.

Contadora is part of Panama's Pearl Islands, an archipelago known for its beaches and Pacific island scenery. Beyond Playa Cacique, you can explore the village and discover other beaches such as Playa Larga and Playa Ejecutiva.
Walk at your own pace or arrange a golf cart rental at an additional cost. Snorkeling equipment and boat trips to other islands are also optional extras and are not included in this package. Availability and local conditions may vary.

This cancellation policy applies to day tours only and does not apply to multi-day tours.
TOUR POLICIES
Due to the logistics involved in organizing tours and high reservation demand, the following cancellation terms apply:
- A 100% refund less credit-card processing fees will only be granted when the reservation was made through our website, www.taotravel365.tours, and canceled more than 24 hours before the tour starts.
- No refund will be granted for cancellations received fewer than 24 hours before the tour starts.
All sales are final, subject to the cancellation and refund terms stated in this policy.
For reservations made through outside portals including, but not limited to, Viator, Expedia, Airbnb and GetYourGuide, please refer to the cancellation policy of the portal through which you booked.
If you are unable to use your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to reschedule the same or a different tour, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you are not at the designated meeting point at your scheduled pickup or departure time, Tao Travel 365 reserves the right not to provide a refund. We will try to locate you and contact the WhatsApp number provided with your booking.
CANCELED OR POSTPONED TOURS
Occasionally, tours are canceled or postponed due to weather or ocean conditions, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and explain the applicable refund or rescheduling procedure. If Tao Travel 365 cancels your tour, we will refund the tour price paid or attempt to reschedule you for another tour.
REFUNDS
Refunds are available when a reservation is canceled within the cancellation guidelines above or when a tour is canceled or postponed by Tao Travel 365. Refunds cover the tour price paid. Payment-processing, service and convenience fees are nonrefundable.
To request a refund for a tour canceled or postponed by Tao Travel 365, email sales@taotravel365.tours within two days of the cancellation and write “refund” in the subject line. Instructions will be provided.
TOUR EXCHANGES
Tour exchanges are not generally offered by Tao Travel 365. In exceptional circumstances, such as a cancellation by Tao Travel 365, an exchange may be possible but is not guaranteed. Contact us directly by phone or email to inquire. Fees may apply.
