Private and Shared Cabins on Isla Ina
Isla Ina offers two ways to stay. Both are basic San Blas island accommodation with shared bathrooms, simple bedding and no air conditioning. Select your cabin and dates in the booking panel to see the current rate and availability.
Private Cabin with Shared Bathroom
Book a private cabin for your own sleeping space near the beach. Depending on the assigned cabin, the floor may be wood or sand. This category is available for two or more guests and does not advertise electricity in the room. If floor type matters to you, confirm what is available before booking.
Shared Cabin with Shared Bathroom
The shared cabin is a lower-cost option with wood or sand floors and a mix of single and bunk beds. The listed capacity is up to six guests. You book space in a shared room, so other travelers may stay in the same cabin.

Meals and What Your Isla Ina Stay Includes
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Breakfast may include fruit and ojaldre, a local fried bread. Lunch and dinner are simple island meals, often fish or chicken with rice and salad; vegetarian meals can be requested. Menus depend on availability on the island.

How to Get to Isla Ina from Panama City
If you book shared road transport, pickup from your Panama City lodging is generally between 5:00 and 5:45 AM. The drive through the hills to the Port of Cartí takes roughly 2.5 to 3 hours, followed by a boat ride of approximately 25 minutes to Isla Ina. The boat can be wet or bumpy and may stop at other islands. Port arrival around 9:00 AM and island arrival around 10:00 AM are approximate.
The standard departure boat usually collects guests around 8:00 AM, with a return to Panama City around 1:00 PM when road transport is booked. If the late-departure option is available, island pickup is around 3:00 to 3:30 PM and city arrival around 7:00 PM. Your confirmed pickup instructions take precedence over these estimates; road, weather and sea conditions can affect times.
Children and Family Stays

Transportation
For shared transport, children aged four and above pay the full fare. Children three and younger may ride on a parent's lap without a seat charge; a separate seat is charged at the full fare. Confirm the final cabin and transfer totals for your family before paying.
What to Expect on Isla Ina
These are rustic Guna-operated island cabins with shared, basic bathrooms and showers. Water availability and shower salinity can vary. There is no air conditioning or dependable Wi-Fi.
The listing for the private cabin says no electricity; although general island information mentions limited evening power, do not assume that your cabin has a usable outlet. Bring a charged power bank.
Local staff may speak limited English. Sandflies can occur, particularly on still days, and ocean currents can bring debris to the shore. Weather and boat conditions can change plans.
Medical services are limited in the islands; guests with essential medication should bring what they need. Please treat the Guna community and its surroundings with respect.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

I. GENERAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES
Due to the nature of our business, the limited supply of cabins in San Blas and high reservation demand, a 100% refund less credit-card processing fees will only be granted when the reservation was made through our website, www.taotravel365.tours, AND canceled more than 15 days before the check-in date. A 50% refund less credit-card processing fees will be granted when Tao Travel 365 receives notice at least seven days before the check-in date. No refund will be granted for cancellations received fewer than seven days before the check-in date. All sales are final.
For reservations made through outside portals including, but not limited to, Viator, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Hotels.com, please refer to the cancellation policy of the portal through which you booked.
If you are unable to use your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to reschedule the same or a different accommodation, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you are not at the designated meeting point at your scheduled pickup time, Tao Travel 365 reserves the right not to provide a refund. We will always try to locate you and contact the WhatsApp number provided with your booking.
II. CANCELED OR POSTPONED RESERVATIONS
Occasionally, reservations are canceled or postponed due to weather or ocean conditions, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and explain the applicable refund or rescheduling procedure. If Tao Travel 365 cancels your accommodation, we will refund the accommodation price paid or attempt to reschedule you for another accommodation.
III. REFUNDS
All sales are final. Refunds are only available when an accommodation is canceled within the cancellation guidelines in Section I or canceled or postponed by Tao Travel 365 as described in Section II. Refunds cover the accommodation price paid. Payment-processing, service and convenience fees are nonrefundable.
To request a refund for an accommodation canceled or postponed by Tao Travel 365, email sales@taotravel365.tours within two days of the cancellation and write “refund” in the subject line. Instructions will be provided.
IV. ACCOMMODATION EXCHANGES
Accommodation exchanges are not generally offered by Tao Travel 365. In exceptional circumstances, such as a cancellation by Tao Travel 365, an exchange may be possible but is not guaranteed. Contact us directly by email to inquire. Fees may apply.
