Isla Miryadup: A Quieter San Blas Island Stay
Isla Miryadup lies southeast of the Lemon Cays in Guna Yala, Panama. The island has a sandy beach, nearby reefs and a more secluded setting than the main San Blas day-tour circuit. Its small collection of cabins makes it a choice for travelers who want time to slow down by the Caribbean Sea.
A boat journey from the Port of Cartí takes approximately 40 minutes. Travel time varies with the route, weather and sea conditions.
These Isla Miryadup San Blas cabins are locally operated and intentionally basic. The appeal is the beach and the island experience. For background on the region and Guna culture, see Panama's official Gunayala visitor guide. Explore more destinations and trips on our San Blas tours and islands page.

Shared Cabin
The shared cabin is a simpler, lower-priced San Blas accommodation option with a wood floor, single and bunk beds, and shared bathroom facilities. You are booking a place in a shared sleeping space. Check the booking panel for the current occupancy and price.

Getting to Isla Miryadup from Panama City
With shared road transport, pickup from Panama City is usually between 5:00 and 5:45 a.m. The journey to Cartí takes around 2.5–3 hours through winding hills. Expect to reach the port around 9:00 a.m. and the island around 10:00 a.m. The boat ride can be wet or bumpy and may stop at other islands.
On your departure day, standard island pickup is approximately 8:00 a.m. If you have booked the shared return road transfer, arrival back in Panama City is around 1:00 p.m.
The optional late departure with lunch leaves the island around 3:00–3:30 p.m., with arrival in Panama City around 7:00 p.m. when using the shared road transfer. Late island departure does not necessarily mean you can keep your cabin until departure; confirm room checkout arrangements with island staff.
All times are approximate. Road traffic, port operations, weather and boat routing may affect the schedule. Be ready at your confirmed pickup time; drivers generally cannot wait longer than ten minutes.
