Package #3 — Private Oceanfront Cabin · Shared Bathroom · Upgrade: $25 per Guest per Night
Stay in a separate oceanfront cabin with a porch and views toward the Caribbean Sea. Shared bathrooms and showers are a short walk from the cabin. The current booking form displays a $25 per guest per day upgrade.

Four Days in the San Blas Islands
Make Yani Island your base for three nights. Spend time swimming, relaxing on the beach and enjoying the island between excursions. One planned boat tour explores the Lemon Cays, including a visit toward Isla Perro and the Natural Pools when conditions permit. Another planned excursion takes you toward Cayos Holandeses if the required group size and sea conditions are met.
Yani Island also offers activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, subject to local availability. If you prefer a shorter stay, compare our San Blas 2 day tour and San Blas 3 day tour.
Cayos Holandeses Excursion
Cayos Holandeses is a more remote island group within Guna Yala, known for clear water, beaches and snorkeling opportunities. The boat crossing from the Yani Island area is approximately one hour each way and can be bumpy or wet. Bring a waterproof bag for your phone, camera and other valuables.
Minimum group and weather requirement: This excursion requires at least four participants and safe weather and sea conditions. It may be scheduled on Day 1, 2 or 3. If Tao Travel 365 cancels the Cayos Holandeses excursion because the minimum group size is not reached or conditions are unsuitable, the stated excursion reimbursement is $70 per person. Your other included stay and activities remain subject to the confirmed itinerary.

- Snorkel and mask during scheduled tours, subject to conditions and equipment availability.
Breakfast may include fruit, coffee and ojaldre, a local fried bread. Lunch and dinner are generally simple island meals such as fish or chicken with rice, plantain and salad. Menus depend on availability. Tell us about dietary requests before travel.
Lobster note: Lobster meals are not available on Yani Island. An optional lobster meal may be possible during an excursion to another island when available; confirm the details before adding it to your booking.
What's Not Included
- Road transfer between your Panama City or Playa Bonita lodging and the Port of Cartí. A shared roundtrip shuttle can be added during booking.
- Guna Yala entrance fee. The current product description quotes $22 for international visitors and $7 for Panamanian residents. Bring cash and confirm the applicable fee before travel.
- Drinks, snacks, personal purchases and optional activities or rentals.
- Accommodation upgrades selected in the booking form.
San Blas 4 Day Tour Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive on Yani Island
If you add our shared road transfer, pickup from your designated Panama City or Playa Bonita location is generally between 5:00 and 5:45 AM. Continue to the Port of Cartí and board the boat to Yani Island. Settle into your accommodation and spend the day enjoying the beach. Lunch is generally served around midday and dinner in the evening.
Day 2 — Planned Cayos Holandeses Excursion
After breakfast, enjoy time on Yani Island. The planned Cayos Holandeses boat excursion usually departs after an early lunch. Expect approximately one hour on the water each way; the ride can be bumpy or wet. Return to Yani Island for dinner.
The excursion may instead take place on Day 1 or Day 3 depending on the confirmed schedule, group size and conditions.
Day 3 — Lemon Cays Boat Tour
After breakfast, board the boat for a planned tour through the Lemon Cays. The route may include Isla Perro, snorkeling near the shipwreck and a visit to the Natural Pools. Return to Yani Island for lunch and spend the rest of the day at your own pace. Dinner is served on the island.
Day 4 — Final Island Time and Return
Enjoy breakfast before checking out of your room, generally around 8:00 AM. Depending on your confirmed booking and return arrangement, you may return to the Port of Cartí in the morning or spend more time on Yani Island before an afternoon boat transfer. Confirm whether any additional Day 4 boat excursion is included in your selected itinerary.
With the optional road shuttle, an early return may reach Panama City around midday; an afternoon departure may arrive in the evening. All times and stops are approximate. Your confirmed travel instructions take precedence.

Important Information Before You Travel
Accommodation: Yani Island rooms and cabins are rustic. Bathroom and shower facilities are shared for all four package options. Air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi should not be expected; electricity, charging access and water supply may be limited.
Road and boat conditions: The road to Cartí is winding, and boat trips can be wet or rough. Excursion routes and timing can change for weather, sea conditions and local operations. Prepare accordingly if you are prone to motion sickness.
Remote location: Medical services are limited. Consider travel insurance that covers medical care and emergency transport.
Respectful travel: Guna Yala is home to the Indigenous Guna people. Please follow local guidance and respect residents, their homes and their customs. You can learn more about the Guna people before your trip.

No. Yani Island is your accommodation base for all three nights. The other islands are visited on scheduled boat excursions.

Can I join as a solo traveler?
Yes. The shared room and private room options are listed for solo guests. The oceanfront and overwater cabin options require at least two guests.
Do any packages have a private bathroom?
No. All four accommodation options listed for this tour have shared bathroom and shower facilities.
Is the road transfer from Panama City included?
No. You can add a shared roundtrip road transfer during booking. Boat transfers between the Port of Cartí and Yani Island are included in the package.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Tao Travel 365 strives to deliver the best possible customer experience. If at any point you have a question or concern about our service, please call us at +1 (805) 826-3657 or email us at sales@taotravel365.tours.
I. GENERAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES
Due to the nature of our business, the limited supply of cabins in San Blas and high reservation demand, a 100% refund less credit-card processing fees will only be granted when the reservation was made through our website, www.taotravel365.tours, AND canceled more than 15 days before the check-in date. A 50% refund less credit-card processing fees will be granted when Tao Travel 365 receives notice at least seven days before the check-in date. No refund will be granted for cancellations received fewer than seven days before the check-in date. All sales are final.
For reservations made through outside portals including, but not limited to, Viator, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Hotels.com, please refer to the cancellation policy of the portal through which you booked.
If you are unable to use your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to reschedule the same or a different accommodation, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you are not at the designated meeting point at your scheduled pickup time, Tao Travel 365 reserves the right not to provide a refund. We will always try to locate you and contact the WhatsApp number provided with your booking.
II. CANCELED OR POSTPONED RESERVATIONS
Occasionally, reservations are canceled or postponed due to weather or ocean conditions, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and explain the applicable refund or rescheduling procedure. If Tao Travel 365 cancels your accommodation, we will refund the accommodation price paid or attempt to reschedule you for another accommodation.
III. REFUNDS
All sales are final. Refunds are only available when an accommodation is canceled within the cancellation guidelines in Section I or canceled or postponed by Tao Travel 365 as described in Section II. Refunds cover the accommodation price paid. Payment-processing, service and convenience fees are nonrefundable.
To request a refund for an accommodation canceled or postponed by Tao Travel 365, email sales@taotravel365.tours within two days of the cancellation and write “refund” in the subject line. Instructions will be provided.
IV. ACCOMMODATION EXCHANGES
Accommodation exchanges are not generally offered by Tao Travel 365. In exceptional circumstances, such as a cancellation by Tao Travel 365, an exchange may be possible but is not guaranteed. Contact us directly by email to inquire. Fees may apply.

Sehr tolles Erlebnis und nur zu empfehlen. Der Transport hat gut geklappt, allerdings sollte man je nach Fahrer Reisetabletten für die wirklich sehr kurvige Strecke dabei haben. Die Bewohner der Insel haben einen ganz toll bewirtet und es war ein einmaliges Erlebnis Zeit auf so einer Trauminsel zu verbringen. Amazing time, would recommend to anyone - groups, couples and solo travellers Yani Island was an incredible experience; their home island is exceptionally beautiful and the family are extremely welcoming and friendly. The island is small but that's where the charm is; it's not packed at all, I though it was the perfect place to relax, honestly feeling very rejuvenated after two nights there. The food is really good as well, always fresh and very tasty. The beach has plenty of space to relax, sunbathe and go snorkeling next to the sunken boat. There are islands very close by that are beautiful and we went to visit them after our Czech out and our last lunch was on another island.It is worth the 3 hours by car and the 30 minutes by boat to visit this paradise. Effectivement la route peut sembler « chaotique » dans le sens où la dernière heure pour arriver aux bateaux contient beaucoup de virages et de montées/descentes mais notre chauffeur était expérimenté et prévenant ! Le bateau s’est très bien passé pour aller sur l’île Yanis. Et là, on en a pris plein les yeux. L’île est magnifique, entourée d’une eau turquoise où on peut observer une multitude de poissons. Tout est très bien organisé. Notre cabane était prête à notre arrivée, quel bonheur de voir la faune maritime du balcon. Les repas sont certes sommaires mais copieux et savoureux. Nous avons passé une après-midi sur l’île à naviguer entre snorkeling, repos dans les hamacs, promenades autour de l’île. La douche avec vue sur l’eau était vraiment agréable même si roots. Don’t hesitate to book for comfortable San Blas experience! ☺Amazing stay. The people here are so kind and friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made so much effort to ensure I was comfortable. The Accomodation is clean and as pictured with a private bathroom. Of course basic but if planning a trip to San Blas you need to manage your expectations! I booked at short notice and everything was arranged so smoothly, very easy process for transfer from Panama City. The food was delicious. Beach on the island very nice and the excursions were excellent. I highly recommend booking this place! The price includes all meals and boat from the port. It was a good tour... San Blas is beautiful and I'm so glad I had a restful first day on Asserya Island before the island hopping boat tour on the next day. It was a good decision to go with this tour package considering I only had booked the trip to Panama last minute. The communication with the agency was a bit of a struggle though at times - don't get me wrong, it wasn't the worst but definitely it could take days before they responded or you might just need to ask a couple of times. I think apart from the communication, it was overall wonderful & I met some great people on both the island and the boat tour too. It was also so special to see the Indigenous Kuna people taking care of the islands and in charge of these beautiful places... paradise! One of my highlights is to see glimpses into how the Kuna people live & the way they do community on the islands. I had Eric as the boat tour guide, he was good and clear in his communication and instructions. Fast communication and on the date and time their driver was at our hotel. From then on everything went according to plan and there was always someone "taking care of us" and making sure all schedules were met. We did the 2 days/1 night tour and it was amazing to stay in the island after the daytrippers were gone and enjoy that special atmosphere (same for waking up there the next day). Food was tasty and fresh. The beach cabin is comfortable and close to the ocean, which is a soothing sound falling asleep at night. The Kunas so sweet and friendly. We will come back again for sure. The island itself has so much to offer in terms of pristine water and water activities (swimming, snorkeling, etc) and we also loved the daily excursions they took us on to other nearby islands for just an additional $3 per person per excursion. ☹Facilities are pretty bare and basic, but quite comparable to what you get at competing properties/islands. I highly highly recommend staying on isla Perro in the private cabin with shared bathroom! For one, there was shipwreck snorkeling right off the shore and beautiful coral reefs encircling the entire island! We saw countless fish, crabs, thriving reefs, and a huge stingray! Isla perro, in my opinion, definitely had the best snorkeling! For two, the cabin, although very bare bones, was perfect! The balcony was literally over the shore! San Blas is extremely beautiful and it was included to go on daily trips. The hosts were very kind and the food was over expectations. JoelDecember 10, 2022Nice hotel but better book directly with the hotel (Cabañas Niadub) ☺- Very nice staff - Nice island - Good food (considering their possibilities) ☹- Rather expensive - Not much to do - don‘t stay too long - Important: When you book here on booking.com you book through the agency „Enjoy San Blas“. Price is considerably higher and we had lots of troubles (no answer to emails / messages, plans change without information even if they were confirmed, Add. costs)Posted on Booking

Die Unterkunft war ein wenig teuer, doch sie hat unsere Erwartungen komplett erfüllt. Es hat alles bestens geklappt und wir konnten nichts bemängeln. Die Inselbewohner sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt! AlexandraJuly 19, 2022Confort sommaire pour une experience sensationnelle et inédite ! ☺Situation paradisiaque : une cabane posée sur une minuscule ile. Le confort est très sommaire : peu d'électricité, pas de ventilateur, propreté hésitante. Mais le tout fait parti de l'experience : on va a San Blas pour une déconnexion totale et un séjour a la robinson Crusoé ! Le réveil a 6h avec le lever du soleil sur l'eau turquoise vaut tout le reste. Les excursions sont superbes, ils nous emmènent visiter d'autres petites iles et manger des fruits frais au bord de l'eau ☹La propreté des logements La nourriture : on s'attendait a beaucoup de poisson grillés, mais nous avons mangé principalement du poulet amené en bateau ! Les boissons sont payantes, pensez a emmener de l'eau et éventuellement quelques snacks.Load more
