Isla Diablo San Blas Overview
Isla Diablo is one of the better-known inhabited islands in Panama's San Blas archipelago. Its Guna name is Niadub. The island sits close to Isla Perro San Blas, making it a convenient base for travelers who want to combine an overnight island experience with nearby snorkeling and island-hopping.
The setting is tropical and informal, with white-sand beach areas, palm trees and Caribbean water suitable for swimming when conditions permit. Accommodation and service are simple. Isla Diablo offers a Guna-managed island stay with rustic facilities.

For helpful regional context, the official Tourism Panama guide to Guna Yala explains the archipelago's Indigenous culture, natural setting and rustic accommodation style.
Isla Diablo Cabins & Accommodation
Isla Diablo offers four cabin categories. Select the category that best matches your group size, desired privacy and budget in the availability section above.
Shared Cabin, Shared Bathroom, Sand Floor
A large traditional dormitory-style wooden cabin with eight twin beds, a natural sand floor and shared external bathrooms. This is the most economical option and is well suited to solo travelers who do not mind sharing their sleeping space.
Shared Cabin, Shared Bathroom, Wood Floor
A larger traditional dormitory cabin with approximately six to eight twin beds, a wooden floor and shared external bathrooms. The room is simple and may be shared with other travelers.

Private Cabin, Shared Bathroom, Wood Floor
A basic private wooden cabin located only steps from the Caribbean Sea. This category is available for two or more guests and uses the island's shared external bathroom facilities.

Private Cabin, Private Bathroom, Wood Floor
A private oceanfront wooden cabin with an ensuite bathroom, balcony views and the sound of the sea just outside. This category is available for two or more guests and is the best Isla Diablo option for travelers who prioritize privacy and convenience.
Please note: Cabin furnishings, layouts and views may vary within the selected category. San Blas accommodations are locally managed, rustic and considerably simpler than mainland hotels.

Meals on Isla Diablo
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included with your accommodation. Meals are freshly prepared in a local island kitchen and commonly consist of fish or chicken accompanied by rice, salad or patacones. Menu choices depend on the day's supply and island availability.
Fresh lobster may be available for an additional charge during the permitted season. Drinks, specialty items and extra snacks are not included. Travelers with dietary restrictions should notify our team before arrival and bring suitable supplemental snacks, as options on the island are limited.
